Laurent Peugeot, inspired by this Japan trips, is internationally well known for his work on textures, his tastes and colours combinations, making every meal as an experience.

With the executive Chef Pierre-Emmanuel DIDIER, who is already part of his team, he is keen to create a unique concept of restauration on this territory, modern and creative, while being rooted in the reach heritage of lands and local producers.

According to the moment, Chefs will give a personal interpretation of the best products of the Beaufortain and more widely of the Alpine Arch. A very nice list of wines, liquors, teas and coffees will allow alive and inspired dishes and drinks.
