Laurent Peugeot, inspired by this Japan trips, is internationally well known for his work on textures, his tastes and colours combinations, making every meal as an experience.
With the executive Chef Pierre-Emmanuel DIDIER, who is already part of his team, he is keen to create a unique concept of restauration on this territory, modern and creative, while being rooted in the reach heritage of lands and local producers.
